It is the primary concern of GOD'S WAY DIAGNOSTIC CENTER to provide medical services that will achive client satisfaction better than the other providers in the industry.

Quality Objective

- To attain 95% or more customer satisfaction index in terms of quality and efficiency in conductingand delivery of Pre-employment Medical    Examination(PEME) and related medical services.

- To control the repatriation rate not to exceed 0.1% annually.

- To deliver accomplished medical tests/examinations.

- To deliver accomplished PEME Medical certificates/results in the conduct of within 24 hours after completion of required medical    tests/examinations.

- To deliver accomplished PEME Medical certificates within 24 hours after completion of PEME package.

- To attain 100% compliance to legal and regulatory requirement for Medical Clinics.

- To continiously improve the quality of our services through periodic review and analysis of customer/client feedback, and implementing    appropriate action.

Admit patients and registration

Conduct of ECG examination (for client aged 40 years old and above and for client with significant findings during physical examination) and as required by the company.

Conducts complete blood count, blood chemistry, urinalysis, fecalysis, HIV, drug and alcohol tests, evaluation and issuance of result.

Conducts interview on medical history of female patients and do complete physical examination.

Conducts interview on medical history of male patients and do complete physical examination.

This procedure covers identification re-check of client, processing of films, recording, X-ray examination, issuance of results.

Conducts dental examination, dental treatment, recording of dental findings, issuance of dental certificate.

Conduct of far and near vision examination color perception test subjective refraction, recording and evaluation of findings.

Conducts hearing test capacity, recording and interpretation, final evaluation and issuance of results.

Conducts psychological examination and interview.

Takes picture for Medical Certificate.

Waiting area with Capacity of 200 patients with paging system and cable TV.
