Quality Objective
- To attain 95% or more customer satisfaction index in terms of quality and efficiency in conductingand delivery of
Pre-employment Medical Examination(PEME) and related medical services.
- To control the repatriation rate not to exceed 0.1% annually.
- To deliver accomplished medical tests/examinations.
- To deliver accomplished PEME Medical certificates/results in the conduct of within 24 hours after completion of required
medical tests/examinations.
- To deliver accomplished PEME Medical certificates within 24 hours after completion of PEME package.
- To attain 100% compliance to legal and regulatory requirement for Medical Clinics.
- To continiously improve the quality of our services through periodic review and analysis of customer/client feedback, and
implementing appropriate action.
